Delivery time

Standard National Shipping:
Deliveries within Spain have an approximate delivery time of 2 to 7 business days. For orders to the Canary Islands or Balearic Islands, the estimated time is 10 to 12 business days. -
International Shipping:
For shipments to the rest of Europe, delivery times are approximately 3 to 8 business days, and for international shipments outside of Europe, it’s 8 to 14 business days.
In specific cases, such as during Black Friday or holidays, delays may occur. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the transportation service.
How to place an order
You can place your order in two ways:

If you place an order via WhatsApp, we will send you a payment link where you can pay by card, Apple Pay, or Bizum.
Shipping Costs

National Shipments (Spain):
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 6€
- Canary Islands: 27€
- Orders over 75€ (only in Peninsula): Free shipping.

International Shipments:
- Europe: from 19,00€.
- Other international destinations: from 19,00€ (the amount may vary depending on the weight and volume of the package).
For shipments outside the European Union, the order may be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees. AXEL covers the shipping cost, but any local customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Taxes and Prices
Prices include VAT, but do not include other taxes, duties, tariffs, or fees that may apply at the destination. Products are sold at the current price at the time of order confirmation, and AXEL reserves the right to modify prices, products, and commercial conditions without prior notice.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Returns
At AXEL, we only offer returns. You have 15 days from the date of receiving the order to return an item. You must send the products you wish to return to the address provided below. Once we receive them, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid, which may take up to 7 days to complete. If you prefer a size exchange, we will provide you with a discount code equivalent to the value of the item returned.
To purchase new products in case of an exchange, you will need to place a new order through our website or WhatsApp, where you can apply the discount code corresponding to the value of the returned item.
Please note that in the case of a return, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for your purchase, whether on the website or via WhatsApp.

Defective Product
If the product is defective, the customer may return it at no cost, and AXEL will cover the shipping costs and replace the item according to the sales conditions.
