Exchanges and Returns

At AXEL, we only offer returns. You have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to return an item. You must send the products you wish to return to the address provided below. Once we receive them, we will process the refund, which may take up to 7 days to complete. If you prefer a size exchange, we will provide you with a discount code equivalent to the value of the item you wish to exchange.

To purchase new products in case of an exchange, you will need to place a new order through our website or WhatsApp, where you can apply the discount code corresponding to the value of the returned item.

Please note that in the case of a return, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for your purchase, whether on the website or via WhatsApp.

Defective Product
If the product is defective, the customer may return it at no cost, and AXEL will cover the shipping costs and replace the item according to the terms of sale.
